A creamy and delicious shake made with full-fat coconut milk, frozen bananas, maca powder, and Salted Maca Caramel PERFORM.

Ingredients

1 can full fat coconut milk
2 frozen bananas
1 tsp Vivo Life maca powder
1 serving Vivo Life Perform Plant Protein (Salted Maca Caramel)

Directions

Leave a can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight
Scoop out the solid part at the top and transfer to a bowl
"Whip" it with a fork until it becomes fluffy like whipped cream
Add the leftover water from the can to your blender with half of the cream and your other smoothie ingredients
Blend well and pour into a glass
Top with the remaining coconut milk and enjoy!
