1 cup oats
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp Vivo Life Maca
METHOD1. Place oats in a saucepan, with half a mashed banana and 2 cups
of water, set over medium to high heat and bring to a slight boil.
2. Reduce heat to a simmer, add in the maca and cook for a further 2-4 min, stirring occasionally until you've reached your desired
3. For the caramelised bananas, heat the coconut oil, cinnamon and maple syrup in a pan on medium heat.
4. Once the oil is hot/melted and starts to bubble, add in the rest of the banana half, sliced. Cook for a couple of minutes. Once soft, brown and caramelised on both sides, you are ready to top and serve!
5. Serve the oats in a bowl and top with the caramelised bananas,
cinnamon, pecans and cacao nibs.
