Delicious and nutritious energy balls made with vanilla, maca, and a blend of healthy ingredients, perfect for a quick snack.

Ingredients

1 cup dates
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 tsp Maca Powder
1/2 serving Vivo Life Vegan Protein (Vanilla)
pinch of salt
1 heaped tbsp peanut butter
cacao nibs

Directions

Combine the cashew, coconut flakes, maca powder, protein powder and salt in a food processor and pulse until fine and dry.
Then add in the dates, cacao nibs and peanut butter and blend. Keep blending until the mixture starts to clump together, adding in a few tsp of water as you go to help this process.
Once the mixture starts to form together, remove from blender and place in a bowl.
Roll the mix into balls using your hands.
Serve and enjoy!
