Delicious and nutritious energy balls made with vanilla, maca, and a blend of healthy ingredients, perfect for a quick snack.

Directions
- Combine the cashew, coconut flakes, maca powder, protein powder and salt in a food processor and pulse until fine and dry.
- Then add in the dates, cacao nibs and peanut butter and blend. Keep blending until the mixture starts to clump together, adding in a few tsp of water as you go to help this process.
- Once the mixture starts to form together, remove from blender and place in a bowl.
- Roll the mix into balls using your hands.
- Serve and enjoy!
