A simple and healthy chia seed pudding made with vanilla vegan protein, plant milk, and maple syrup.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1.25 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
- Pour all the ingredients into a jar and mix well to combine.
- Cover the jar and place in the fridge, after 30 min, give it a mix. If it's too thick, add some more plant milk.
- Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
- Top with blueberries, dairy free yoghurt and granola before serving.
