1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/2 scoop Vivo Life Vanilla Perform
1 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp tahini
pinch of salt
1. Place the cashews, coconut flakes, vanilla perform and salt in a
food processor and blend until finely chopped.
2. Add the dates and tahini and blend further until the mixture
starts to clump up. If needed, add 2-3 tbsp of water to help it
3. Shape the mixture into a large square, coat with a layer of extra
coconut flakes pressing it down into the bar.
4. Cut into quarters and store in an air tight container in the fridge.
