4 fresh plums
1 tsp orange zest
4 tbsp juice of fresh orange
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Vanilla Ice Cream:
4 frozen bananas
1 scoop Vivo Life Vanilla Perform
METHOD1. Cut the plums into quarters, removing the pips. Place the quarters and remaining ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat and cook for 10 mins until plums are soft and in a thick syrup.
2. Let cool before serving with the vanilla ice cream.
3. For the vanilla ice cream, blend the frozen bananas in a high speed blender/food processor with the vanilla perform until smooth.
Tip: For easier blending, thinly slice the bananas before freezing and
use a splash of water/plant milk to help blend if needed.
