A cozy bowl of oats flavored with pumpkin and spices, sweetened with coconut sugar and enhanced with Vanilla Perform.

Ingredients

1 cup gluten-free oats
2 cups plant milk
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp Vivo Life Perform Plant Protein (Madagascan Vanilla)
1/4 tsp mixed spice
Pinch of salt

Directions

Add the oats, pumpkin puree, mixed spice, coconut sugar and salt to a saucepan with plant milk set over medium to high heat.
Reduce heat to a simmer when it starts to bubble and cook for a further 2-4 min stirring occasionally.
Once you've reached your desired consistency, turn off the heat and stir in the Perform Vanilla.
Serve and top with dairy free yoghurt, pecans and maple syrup.
