A cozy bowl of oats flavored with pumpkin and spices, sweetened with coconut sugar and enhanced with Vanilla Perform.
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 2 cups plant milk
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 tsp mixed spice
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Add the oats, pumpkin puree, mixed spice, coconut sugar and salt to a saucepan with plant milk set over medium to high heat.
- Reduce heat to a simmer when it starts to bubble and cook for a further 2-4 min stirring occasionally.
- Once you've reached your desired consistency, turn off the heat and stir in the Perform Vanilla.
- Serve and top with dairy free yoghurt, pecans and maple syrup.
