1 cup cashews
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop Strawberry Vanilla PERFORM
1 cup dates, pitted
2 tbsp tahini
Pinch of salt
1. Add the cashews, oats and protein powder in a food processor and blend.
2. Then add in the dates and tahini (a runny and pourable one), blend further until the mixture starts to clump together.
3. Transfer the mixture onto a flat surface and form into a large square, then cut into 9 squares.
4. Store in an air tight container in the fridge and enjoy.
