It might sound weird, but putting tofu in smoothies is an excellent way to boost the protein content and add a delicious creamy texture! Surprisingly tofu also works great in all kinds of vegan desserts, including cheesecake and tiramisu.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 150g block of tofu
- 1 cup leafy greens (kale, spinach etc)
- 200ml almond milk
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.
- You can use fresh or frozen leafy greens depending on what you have available.
