It might sound weird, but putting tofu in smoothies is an excellent way to boost the protein content and add a delicious creamy texture! Surprisingly tofu also works great in all kinds of vegan desserts, including cheesecake and tiramisu.

Ingredients

2 cups frozen mango
150g block of tofu
1 cup leafy greens (kale, spinach etc)
1 serving Vivo Life Perform Plant Protein (Raw Cacao)
200ml almond milk

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.
You can use fresh or frozen leafy greens depending on what you have available.
Serve and enjoy!
