Ingredients: 1 cup brown lentils (cooked, drained and rinsed); 2 cups mushrooms (chopped); 1/4 cup nutritional yeast; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1/4 cup Vivo Life Vegan Protein (unflavoured); 1/4 cup flour; 1 small onion; 3 garlic cloves; 1 tbsp mixed herbs; Large pinch of salt; Black pepper, to taste

Delicious and nutritious lentil and mushroom meatballs, perfect for serving with tomato sauce and pasta.

Ingredients

1 cup brown lentils (cooked, drained and rinsed)
2 cups mushrooms (chopped)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup Vivo Life Vegan Protein (unflavoured)
1/4 cup flour
1 small onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp mixed herbs
Large pinch of salt
Black pepper, to taste

Directions

Blend the mushrooms and lentils in a food processor until broken down
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend further until everything is combined
Form into balls with a spoon on a baking tray and bake at 170C for 45 min
Leave to cool and serve with a tomato sauce and pasta or as desired.
