Delicious and healthy protein-packed pancakes perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
- 1.5 cups plant milk
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1 banana
- 50g blueberries
Directions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of mix onto the nonstick pan and cook for a couple of minutes on medium heat until bubbles start to form, then flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Add any of your favourite toppings such as fresh berries, nut butter or coconut yoghurt.
