Delicious and healthy protein-packed pancakes perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
1.5 cups plant milk
1 tbsp date syrup
Pinch of salt
1 banana
50g blueberries
20g serving of Vivo Life All-In-One Meal

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
Pour 2 tablespoons of mix onto the nonstick pan and cook for a couple of minutes on medium heat until bubbles start to form, then flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add any of your favourite toppings such as fresh berries, nut butter or coconut yoghurt.
