This easy combo of protein, fruits, greens, and matcha is perfect for an energising breakfast or a pre-workout boost! A key ingredient in this recipe is pineapple which contains the enzyme bromelain. This enzyme helps assist in the breakdown of protein to help maximise your gains!
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 large handful spinach
- 1/2 tsp organic matcha powder

Directions
