A delicious baked oatmeal with ginger and apple, perfect for a hearty breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp flax
- 1 cup plant milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp Maca
- 1 cup grated apple
Directions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and stir until everything is combined
- 2. Transfer the mix into a greased bowl or baking dish and bake at 190C for 20-30 min
- 3. Leave to cool before cutting into slices. Serve with some soya yoghurt, apple sauce, and a sprinkle of nuts if you desire.
