A delicious baked oatmeal with ginger and apple, perfect for a hearty breakfast.

Ingredients

1 mashed banana
2 cup gluten-free oats
1 tbsp flax
1 cup plant milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp Maca
1 cup grated apple

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and stir until everything is combined
2. Transfer the mix into a greased bowl or baking dish and bake at 190C for 20-30 min
3. Leave to cool before cutting into slices. Serve with some soya yoghurt, apple sauce, and a sprinkle of nuts if you desire.
