Here are the ingredients to make this delicious fruit bowl:
FRUITY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL
- 1 cup frozen cherries and blueberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 2 bananas
- 2 dates
- A handful of rocket / arugula
- A chunk of fresh turmeric
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 scoop Vivo Life Salted Maca Caramel protein
- 1 cup almond milk
