3 frozen bananas
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 scoop Dark Chocolate Vegan Protein
Splash of plant milk (optional)
1/8 cup chocolate chunks
METHOD1. Blend the frozen bananas in a high speed blender until completely smooth. Add a small amount of plant milk to help the blending if needed.
2. Add in the cacao powder and protein powder, blend further.
3. Transfer the nice cream into a loaf tin, incorporate and fold in the chocolate chunks.
4. Place in the freezer for at least 60 min before serving.
