Chocolate Protein Pancakes

What is better than pancakes? Chocolate flavoured pancakes!

We wanted you guys to be armed with a recipe this good, so we’re dropping this protein packed stack now!

Here’s how to make it:

INGREDIENTS:
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 scoop of Vivo Life Madagascan Vanilla protein
1 cup water
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 flax eggs (1 tbsp flaxseed mixed with 3 tbsp water)
1 ripe banana
2 tsp maple syrup
Pinch of Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp baking powder

METHOD:
⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
1. Whizz up all of your ingredients together in a blender. Then in a lightly coated skillet over medium heat, pour in your batter and cook until small bubbles appear on the top of the pancake. Flip it and repeat until all the batter is gone!

2. Serve your stack topped with some strawberries and a drizzle of melted chocolate or whatever else your heart desires!
