Not only do these pancakes taste great, they are so great for you! This is because our easy chocolate pancakes include PERFORM, our 25g protein and 6g BCAA per serving vegan protein powder. PERFORM has a silky smooth texture which makes this protein powder great for easy cooking.
Here’s how to make these easy chocolate protein pancakes:
CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 scoop of Vivo Life Madagascan Vanilla protein
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 flax eggs (1 tbsp flaxseed mixed with 3 tbsp water)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
1. Whizz up all of your ingredients together in a blender. Then in a lightly coated skillet over medium heat, pour in your batter and cook until small bubbles appear on the top of the pancake. Flip it and repeat until all the batter is gone!
2. Serve your stack topped with some strawberries and a drizzle of melted chocolate or whatever else your heart desires!
