Chocolate, mint and avocado mousse

Directions

1. Start by soaking the dates in just boiled water for at least 10 minutes. Once the dates are ready and soft, combine them with the avocado, flaxseed, yoghurt, milk and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the cacao and Collagen Builder and blend until smooth. Taste and add a little maple syrup if you want it a bit sweeter. Divide the mixture between 4 small glasses or mugs. Store in the fridge and allow to chill before serving if possible.
