Delicious and healthy chocolate chip cookies made with oats, peanut butter, and dark chocolate vegan protein.

Ingredients

1 cup gluten-free oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 serving Vivo Life Vegan Protein (Dark Chocolate)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
pinch of salt
dark chocolate chunks

Directions

Preheat your oven to 200C.
Mix all the ingredients, except the chocolate, into a bowl until well combined to form a dough.
Fold in the dark chocolate chunks and combine together.
Shape the cookie mixture on a baking sheet/tray and bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
Leave to cool completely before serving.
