Delicious and healthy chocolate chip cookies made with oats, peanut butter, and dark chocolate vegan protein.
Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup milk
- pinch of salt
- dark chocolate chunks
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 200C.
- Mix all the ingredients, except the chocolate, into a bowl until well combined to form a dough.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chunks and combine together.
- Shape the cookie mixture on a baking sheet/tray and bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
- Leave to cool completely before serving.
