A quick and easy carrot mug cake made with oat flour, plant milk, and spices, ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour
- 6 tbsp plant milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp grated carrot
- 1 tsp Maca
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix together the oat flour, baking powder, maca, and spices in a ramekin.
- Add in the plant milk, maple syrup, grated carrot and incorporate into the mix.
- Bake at 180C for 20 min or place in the microwave for 90 seconds until the mug cake has risen.
- Leave to cool before serving.
