A healthy and easy overnight oats recipe with a touch of apple and lemon.

Ingredients

1.5 cup gluten-free oats
1 apple
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Vivo Life Vegan Protein (Unflavoured)
2 cups plant milk

Directions

Core and grate the apple
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix
Cover and refrigerate overnight
Serve into 2 smaller bowls with fresh fruit, nuts and/or seeds if desired.
