A delightful parfait with layers of cooked apples, cinnamon, soya yoghurt mixed with Vanilla Ritual, and crunchy granola.
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup soya yoghurt
- Granola
Directions
- Chop the apples into cubes and cook in saucepan with 6 tbsp water on low to med heat for 10 min. Add and mix in the cinnamon just before removing from the heat.
- In the mean time, combine together the yoghurt and Vanilla Ritual in a small bowl until well incorporated.
- Layer a glass or jar with apples, granola and yoghurt.
- Serve and enjoy!
