Delicious overnight oats with acai and blueberry, layered with coconut yoghurt and mixed berries. Perfect for a healthy and energizing breakfast.

Ingredients

1 ripe banana
1 large handful of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup of dairy free milk
1 tbsp of desiccated coconut
1/2 cup of gluten-free oats
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 serving of Vivo Life Collagen Builder (Vanilla)
Coconut yoghurt
Optional toppings: mixed berries

Directions

Blend 1 ripe banana with a large handful of mixed berries (fresh or frozen), 1 cup of dairy free milk and 1 tablespoon of dessicated coconut
Transfer to a jar
Add half a cup of oats, 1 tbsp of chia and 1 scoop of PERFORM: Acai & Blueberry and mix well
Transfer to the fridge overnight
Serve it up the next morning with layers of coconut yoghurt, mixed berries, and toppings of your choice
