Check your calorie intake

If your energy is low it sounds like you may be consuming too few calories. Use an app like MyFitnessPal or Cronometer to ensure you are consuming all of the calories you need to stay healthy and energised. Also pay key attention to healthy fats like avocado, nuts, seeds and coconut, as these are essential for your hormonal health.

Increase your fruit and vegetable intake

Try to consume a minimum 7 - 10 servings each day of all different colours. If you do not like the taste of vegetables try hiding them in smoothies and sauces. I also recommend taking thrive, which is an extremely high quality multinutrient and greens powder.
