Becoming a Vivo Subscriber could not be easier! Simply choose subscribe 12.5% off, then select the flavours and quantities you would like using the + and - buttons. Choose the frequency you would like to receive your products e.g every 4 weeks and then hit subscribe!

Account Login

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have a Vivo account.

You will be asked to create an account when completing the checkout for your subscription. You can create an account or log in on the My Account homepage.

You can change your products, swap flavours, change your delivery dates and order frequency or cancel at anytime during your subscription! Simply log in using your email address and password created at checkout to view your account and subscriptions area.

You can edit your subscription, update billing information and view your order history all from inside your account on our website. Simply log in using your email and password or create an account.

Frequently Asked Questions

To create a subscription, simply visit any of our vivo product pages and:

  1. Choose “Subscribe – 12.5% off
  2. Select the flavours and the quantity you want to add to your subscription by clicking on the + and – buttons next to each flavour.
  3. Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, e.g every 4 weeks.
  4. Click on Subscribe.

This will take you to the cart page, where you can review your order and proceed to the secure checkout.

To manage your subscriptions, you need to have a Vivo account.

Alternatively, please follow the below instructions to create your Vivo account or log in.

  1. Go to our My Account page. You can also access this via the menu on mobile view.
  2. Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password)
  3. Select the green create account button or Log in.

You can then either continue shopping or go back to the my account link which takes you to your personal account area where you can manage every aspect of your subscription.

Getting through your product too fast? Or not quickly enough? Adjust your delivery frequency at any time so you never run out or end up with too much!

  1. Log into your account and select either upcoming orders from the tool bar or view all subscriptions from your account homepage.
  2. Choose the subscription you wish to change and click edit on the right.
  3. Here you will find the option to change delivery frequency.
  4. Click the drop down to choose how often you would like to receive your product e.g every 4 weeks.
  5. Click save and this will automatically be updated in time for your next delivery.

Off on holiday? Running low on products? No worries, you can change delivery dates as often as you like to suit your needs.

  1. Simply log into your account and select either upcoming orders from the tool bar or view all subscriptions from your account homepage.
  2. Choose the subscription you wish to change and click edit on the right.
  3. Here you will find the option to change your next order/charge date.
  4. Click the calendar to choose the date you would like to receive your next order.
  5. Click save and this will automatically be updated in time for your next delivery.

Want to try a new flavour or swap products? No worries, you can swap flavours/products as often as you like from inside your account.

  1. Simply log into your account and select either upcoming orders from the tool bar or view all subscriptions from your account homepage.
  2. Choose the subscription you wish to change.
  3. Click swap to swap products/flavours and choose your new product or use the search bar. Then follow the steps to choose quantity and delivery frequency.
  4. Alternatively click edit to simply swap flavours. Here you can use the drop down to choose a different flavour of the same product.
  5. Click save and this will automatically be updated in time for your next delivery.

Try another product or flavour by adding onto your existing subscription.

  1. Simply log into your account and select either upcoming orders from the tool bar or view all subscriptions from your account homepage.
  2. Select + add product in the top right hand side of your subscriptions page or scroll down to the toss these in section and + add your product from there.
  3. Choose between a subscription or one time purchase depending on your needs.
  4. Choose your flavour and quantity.
  5. Select your delivery frequency, address and delivery date.
  6. Click add product and this will automatically be added to your upcoming orders.

Want to cancel your subscription? No problem, you can cancel anytime from inside your account.

  1. Simply log into your account and select either upcoming orders from the tool bar or view all subscriptions from your account homepage.
  2. Choose the subscription you wish to cancel and click Cancel to the right of the screen.
  3. Select a cancellation reason, and confirm.
  4. This will automatically cancel your subscription and a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after.

Moving house? No problem you can change your delivery address from inside your account.

  1. Simply log into your account and select either upcoming orders from the tool bar or view all subscriptions from your account homepage.
  2. Choose your subscription order and click edit on the right.
  3. Here you will find the option to edit your delivery address. This will then update all other subscriptions associated with this address.
  4. Click save and this will automatically be updated in time for your next delivery.
  5. To create multiple subscriptions to multiple addresses this can be done by ordering a new product via the normal checkout process to a new delivery address which will then be automatically added inside your account.

Expired or lost cards? Need to change your billing address or email? No problem you can update your billing details anytime from inside your account.

  1. Simply log into your account and select billing details under subscriptions on the tool bar to the left.
  2. Here you can change your email address, card details and billing address.
  3. These will then be automatically updated in time for your next delivery.

Missing your Vivo products? Want to start receiving your orders again but avoid having to set up a new subscription? No problem! You can re activate any previous subscription from inside your account anytime.

  1. Simply log into your account and select inactive orders under subscriptions on the tool bar to the left.
  2. Here you can select re-activate to the right of your chosen subscription.
  3. Your subscription will then appear back on your upcoming orders page and can be further amended if needed.
