Standard economy shipping cost £3.50

DX next-day delivery available for £5.95

FREE delivery on all orders over £60.00

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail tracked or DX and will be delivered in 2 - 3 working days.

DX next-day delivery available for £5.95 - Working days only - orders placed before 2.00pm will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed on a Thursday after 2.00pm will be shipped on Friday and due to be received on Monday.

Delivery Terms:

Orders received before 2.00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day excluding bank holidays. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Where there is a delay in the supply of goods we will advise you as soon as practically possible.

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you submitted at checkout.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

What if I’m not home?

You can enter comments for the delivery driver during checkout with instructions of where to leave your delivery. To guarantee delivery we recommend someone is at home on the day you select for delivery.

When no one is available to accept your delivery a card will be left letting you know that your courier tried to deliver it.  On the card will be instructions on the other options available, including redelivering at a different time and date, redelivering to a neighbour/leave safe, and collecting from your local collection point.

*please note we cannot be held accountable for parcels left in communal locations – such as reception areas of flats/apartments.  We recommend that someone is home to receive delivery

Damaged products

Whilst we try very hard to deliver our item to you in perfect condition, in the event that it does arrive damaged we will replace it for you, free of charge.

To report a damaged product please email us at info@vivolife.co.uk.


If you decide you do not want any item in your order then you can return it to us within 30 days provided that it is un-open and in the same condition in which it arrived. We will issue you a full refund for the item or an exchange. (Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).

If you receive any items that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge.
