Hellah Sidibe is a Vivo Life athlete and a former professional soccer player. Hellah later became a YouTube and social media influencer.
Inspired by a fellow YouTuber, Hellah decided to start running every single day and documenting his experiences on social media, always with an infectious smile. That was nearly 4 years ago, and he hasn’t stopped since!

Add 1 large Vivo scoop or 2 heaped tablespoons (approx. 38g) to any of the following
Shake:
Shake up well with 250ml plant milk or water in a Vivo Life shaker. Great for on the go!
Smoothie:
Blend with 250ml plant milk and fruits of your choice. Add nuts, seeds or nut butter for a healthy fat source. Perfect post workout fuel!
Bowl:
Blend with 150ml plant milk and frozen banana for a sorbet texture; then add fruits, nuts, seeds of your choice. The possibilities are endless!
Drop 2ml (1 whole pipette) oil straight onto the tongue. O3 has a natural algae taste that we have softened with a touch of lemon oil.
Add Omega 3 to the top of smoothies or bowls (after blending) and stir in with a spoon.
Drop 1ml (1/2 pipette) liquid straight onto the tongue.
Add B12 liquid to the top of smoothies or bowls (after blending) and stir in with a spoon.
Drop 0.5ml (1/4 pipette) straight onto the tongue
Add D3&K2 to the top of smoothies or bowls (after blending) and stir in with a spoon
Add 3-5g to 250ml of water and mix.
Creatine is unflavoured. Why not mix it in with your Sustain EAA drink or your Pre-workout, with 250ml of water.
