Ingredients

1 medium sweet potato (baked, peeled and chilled)
1 frozen banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
1 Serving Vivo Life Perform Plant Protein (Madagascan Vanilla)

Directions

1) Add all ingredients to a high powered blender with just enough water to make it blend.
2) Serve topped with some cacao nibs, dried fruit and your favourite nut butter.
