Start your day right with this nutrient and protein rich smoothie bowl. The perfect way to get more greens in your diet!
The key ingredient is THRIVE, our award-winning greens and multinutrient powder that supports a healthy immune system, brain function, energy levels and more.
200ml plant-based milk
1 large banana - preferably frozen
1/2 avocado - preferably frozen
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 kiwi sliced (save half for garnishing the bowl)
Handful of baby spinach or greens of your choice
1 scoop of Vanilla VEGAN PROTEIN
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop THRIVE
Your choice of toppings to garnish
Blend the milk, banana and avocado together until smooth. Add the lime juice, half the kiwi, spinach, protein powder, flaxseeds, chia seeds and THRIVE. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl and finish with your favourite toppings :)
