Raw Pumpkin Spiced Donuts

All you need are a few simple ingredients and 15 minutes of prep time to make these raw, high protein donuts!


1 cup oats
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1.5 cups dates
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop PERFORM Madagascan Vanilla
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice


3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt


1. Combine your oats and sunflower seeds in a food processor and blend for a few seconds to make a flour. Add in the dates, peanut butter, protein and spice and blend again until the mixture is well combined.

2. Roll the mixture in your hands and press into a silicone donut mould. Transfer to the freezer and leave them to set for at least an hour!

3. Mix together your frosting ingredients in a mixing bowl. Take a teaspoon of the mixture and use to glaze each individual donut. Serve them up and enjoy!
