We've all heard about 'bulking season' - the idea of letting yourself pack on a few pounds over the winter, in the hopes of increasing total muscle mass.
I don't really believe in that, and don't think it's that healthy...but when I see recipes like these, I am 100% game to jump on that train and 'bulk' like no ones business.
These fudge bars are absolutely delicious! Not only are they tasty, but they're pretty good for you as well. This recipe uses our vanilla VEGAN PROTEIN, for a boost in protein without a bitter taste.
This one will take around an hour, so perfect for a lazy Sunday! Brew a nice mug of coffee and enjoy.
1 cup oat flour (P.S - you can make your own with some oats and a blender!)

1 tbsp pumpkin spice
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup cashew butter
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
