Peanut Butter & Vanilla Protein Smoothie
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 medjool date
- 1 scoop Vegan Protein Vanilla
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tsp Vivo Life organic maca powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup water/plant milk
- Pinch of pink himalayan salt
- Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth, creamy and consistent. Go easy on the liquid/water, the less you use the thicker the smoothie will be, so add in bit by bit until you are happy with the consistency.
- Top with some granola, cacao nibs and extra peanut butter if desired.
