These heavenly crepes are sweet, spicy, and ultra warming, perfect for Pancake Day or any morning treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats (gluten free) (blended into flour (gluten free))
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder

1/2 serving of Vivo Life Perform Plant Protein (Salted Maca Caramel)
- 1 cup plant-based yoghurt

1 tbsp Vivo Life Perform Plant Protein (Strawberry & Vanilla)

Preparation
- 1. Mix plant milk and apple cider vinegar and set aside.
- 2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 3. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently whisk until smooth. Let stand for 5-10 mins.
- 4. Pour a thin layer of batter onto the pan (lightly grease pan if you???re not using non-stick), tilting the pan so the batter spreads. Cook on medium heat until the edges get crispy.
- 5. Flip and cook the other side for 30-60 seconds (or until brown enough). Repeat until you have used all the batter.
- 6. Fill and roll/fold the crepes as desired.
