These easy vegan protein bars are perfect for additional stamina during training. Made with vegan protein powder, they're delicious and help with weight gain.
Ingredients

2 cups gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts

1 serving of Vivo Life Perform Plant Protein (salted maca caramel)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 150g dark chocolate
Directions
- Line a 20cm square baking tray with baking parchment, ready for later
- Combine all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then transfer and press down into a pan
- Press this mixture into the baking tray, lay baking parchment on top and use a flat object to form an even layer in the tray
- Pour over the melted dark chocolate and leave to set in the fridge overnight
- Place in the freezer for 15 minutes before taking them out and cutting them into sizes of your choice
