These easy vegan protein bars are perfect for additional stamina during training. Made with vegan protein powder, they're delicious and help with weight gain.

Ingredients

2 cups gluten free oats
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
1 serving of Vivo Life Perform Plant Protein (salted maca caramel)
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
150g dark chocolate

Directions

Line a 20cm square baking tray with baking parchment, ready for later
Combine all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then transfer and press down into a pan
Press this mixture into the baking tray, lay baking parchment on top and use a flat object to form an even layer in the tray
Pour over the melted dark chocolate and leave to set in the fridge overnight
Place in the freezer for 15 minutes before taking them out and cutting them into sizes of your choice
