Chunky Monkey Chocolate Oats (1 serving)
- 1 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 scoop Dark Chocolate Vegan Protein
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- Place oats in a saucepan with 2 cups of water, set over medium to high heat and bring to a slight boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for a further 2 min or so until thick and consistent, stirring occasionally. Straight after reducing to boil, add in a mashed banana, cacao powder, peanut butter, coconut flakes and protein powder into the oats and carry on cooking until you have reached your desired consistency.
- Top with desired toppings and serve.
