A decadent chocolate and peanut butter tart with a nutty base and rich filling.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oat flour
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1.5 tbsp coconut oil
- 120g dark chocolate chopped
- 250g coconut cream from a can
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste

Directions
- Place all the base ingredients (except coconut oil) in a food processor and blend until finely ground. Add in the coconut oil and blend until sticky. Press the mixture into a cake tin and bake for 15 min.
- Once the base has cooled, gently spread a layer of smooth/runny peanut butter to cover the surface.
- Place the filling ingredients in a small saucepan on medium heat, slowly stir until melted. Allow to cool for 15 min.
- Pour the filling onto the base and place in the fridge to set for a few hours before serving.
