Carrot Mug Cake
9 INGREDIENTS | 20 MIN | 1 SERVING
1/2 cup oat flour
6 tbsp plant milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp grated carrot
1 tsp Maca
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
METHOD1. Mix together the oat flour, baking powder, maca, and spices in a ramekin.
2. Add in the plant milk, maple syrup, grated carrot and incorporate into the mix.
3. Bake at 180C for 20 min or place in the microwave for 90 seconds until the mug cake has risen.
4. Leave to cool before serving.
