Rachel Evans

Rachel is a Health Psychology PhD student with a passion for healthy living. In 2014 she gained a Nutritional Therapy qualification, which she puts to good use creating delicious plant-based recipes for her blog Healthy & Psyched. Her food philosophy is to eat lots of whole plant-based foods and make healthier versions of her favourite treats and comfort foods. She wants to inspire in the kitchen and aims to make health and wellbeing accessible to everyone, from health-nuts to the curious or even those intimidated to get started!
