At Vivo Life we feel passionately about the health of our community. Which is why we've created the 'Vivo Life Community' - a social platform where we can provide support, advice and inspiration for anyone looking to switch to a more plant based diet. 

Whether you’re a new vegan or a plant based pro; this is a safe space to ask questions, share advice and make new friends along the way! The group is totally open to discussion about anything to do with plant-based living, and remember...there’s no such thing as a silly question!

Over the last few weeks COVID-19 has completely turned our lives upside down. We understand that this is a scary time for all and that as a result many of us will be spending the majority of the coming days and weeks at home.

We therefore want to help you guys use this period of social distancing as a time of growth, rather than one of isolation or loneliness. We have started hosting daily live events in this Facebook community to help support your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. These events include qi gong, meditation, home workouts, cook-a-longs, yoga and much more!
